The incumbent will work as a Business and Solutions techno functional Analyst which involves Requirements Analysis, Design, Develop, Testing and Deployment of business solutions based on the JDA planning (Demand, Fulfillment & Collaboration) solution. It involves working with business partners, understanding the requirements, analysis and design of the proposed solution based on the Oracle Applications architecture, this role needs client interaction, so candidate must have the ability to coordinate, interact and work with different teams for the delivery of the solution.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to understand and translate requirements into Functional Specifications and Design.
- Follow the Devsecops model and work closely with development to hand off the functional design and support in technical design, security and Development.
- Test, plan for cutover, legacy data conversion, drive SIT/UAT and support deployment.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) in production operations following a Dev Ops Model.
Key Competencies And Skills
- Must have at least 7 years of working experience in JDA Planning Applications (Demand, Fulfillment and Collaboration).
- Strong understanding and in-depth hands on experience in JDA planning Applications is a Must.
- Experience in leading Development and functional teams to finalize cross functional solutions viz. teams across Planning, Procurement, Ordering and WMS tracks.
- Good Understanding of Oracle Applications (Order Management, Oracle ASCP, Demantra) is a plus.
- Experience in supporting multiple interfaces with various middleware applications especially fusion middleware.
- Experience in at least 2 full cycle Implementations, experience in Designing Interface / Authoring functional design documents for Extensions/Interface/Conversion is must.
- Experience in preparation of Test Scripts / BR100 and Test Execution in functional testing/system integration testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education And Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Working Hours: Rotational Shift between regular Shift and EMEA Shift (2:00PM - 10:00PM)
