Job function includes Network Engineering, Operations & Implementation. Requires extensive knowledge of Data Center LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security technologies with a focus on Nexus, F5, Check Point. Focuses on the design and implementation function of small, medium and larger datacenters projects.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Participation in the design and build functions for DC and DR setup
- Implementation of the DC and DR setup and that include multiple technology equipment like Cisco, HPN,Riverbed,F5,Firewalls etc
- Good awareness of the customers business and in-depth knowledge of the customer's environment and support processes
- Complying with the ITIL standards change management process while implementing to ensure zero tolerance on change failure
- Be proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service availability and critical response time, and take necessary mitigation steps escalating to management's attention, where appropriate.
- Support and assist the Team Technology Lead for design documentation or the area of your expertise.
- Strong consulting skills, flexibility and resourcefulness. Effective time and task management
- Strong ability to design and implement effective network technical solutions
- Master in Network domain knowledge and can support both IPV4 and IPV6 technologies new WAN connections.
- Provide the required support for network refresh and life cycle management support.
- Lead SRTs for operational Issues

Required Skills
- 5+ years of Cisco Products and work experience
- 4+ years of Check Point Firewall knowledge and work experience
- 2+ years of F5 BIG IP LTM/GTM and other LB knowledge and work experience
- 3+ years of project engineering/Design and build experience
- Knowledge of HP OPENVIEW, Network Node Manager, solarwinds.
- Wireless Controller (Cisco, Aruba or similar)

Education And Qualifications
Required: CCNA Routing and Switching and CCNP/CCIE
Preferred: Juniper and Fortinet Certification
Required: Bachelor of Science Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent certifications
