Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur. As a member of our technical team, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with tile adhesive production and testing. These tasks may include product formulation, quality control testing, process optimization, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and materials science
• Experience in adhesive formulation and testing
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
