downtime, improves application performance & saves 40% cloud cost at the click of a button. What we have built is patentable. We have Fortune 500, decacorn startups as our customers.
We are a team from BITS Pilani, IIM Bangalore, and NIT Allahabad & have worked at Microsoft, Swiggy
, and Tracxn before. We are funded by Tier I global VC & have leading marquee angels as our investors. We are growing aggressively & plan to expand our team by 5x in the next 6 months.

About Role
You'll solve complex, technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business. This
includes using your knowledge to figure out a mechanism to integrate Lucidity into the
customers cloud infrastructure.
You'll drive technical solutions discussions, diving deep into the details
with customer teams.
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients
You are required to have a deep understanding of end-to-end customer operations and work
as a consultant to customers in identifying key business challenges and position the right
technology solutions to address those business challenges.
You shall also work on long-term strategies to improve customer business operations
through data management tools and services delivering continuous value to customers
business.
This includes playing a part in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing
white papers, and blogs, and running workshops.
You won't just be part of an industry movement; you'll be leading it.
Must Haves
4+ years professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology
Experience with Microsoft Azure/AWS and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking
and security technologies in cloud environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong expertise in Technical Pre-Sales and/or Delivery
Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience working in a high engagement customer facing role.
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work
successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams to meet performance
goals.
Account management and project management skills.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilise them in a
customer facing environment.
Travel to the prospective customer's sites & locations as necessary
Public cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
Prior experience in the storage domain would be added advantage
