Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Services Specialist (Nutanix Certified). As a Technical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for Nutanix Solution deployment, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Nutanix led IT infrastructure solutions and services. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop strategies, and deploy technology solutions. A role full of learning on hybrid multi-cloud technology and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

נProviding solutions to clients to assess their needs, develop strategies, and deploy technology solutions around Nutanix.

נWill deploy and troubleshoot solutions around Nutanix Clusters, AHV, CALM, FLOW, NUS and File Services.

נWould be working on solutions to simplify management and scalability, making data centres more efficient.

נWill support the team in ensuring the smooth operation of Nutanix led IT infrastructure solutions and services.

Qualification and Skills Required:

נShould have technical Services, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills for VMware and Nutanix.

נShould possess deployment and troubleshooting skills around Nutanix Clusters, AHV, CALM, FLOW, NUS and File Services.

נAnalytical skills for problem-solving and identifying solutions.

נStrong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members and lead the project independently.

נKnowledge of networking, security, servers, storage, and backup solutions

נExperience with VMware infrastructure is a plus

נBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

נ2+ years of work experience with Nutanix AHV. Working in a hybrid setting

נShould have in-depth knowledge of hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) solutions.

נShould have hands-on experience in handling projects simplifying the complexity of traditional data centres by integrating computing, storage, and networking into a single system.
