WORK LOCATION : Home office, India

JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY

Support Project Management Office at different stages of the project in the delivery of services by conducting all desk activities through technical evaluations, risk assessments, documentation reviews and data analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the project preparation by analyzing, translating, and communicating applicable technical requirements
2. Provide Training field workforce on the technical requirements for each project
3. Conduct risk assessment and propose recommendations at different stages of the projects.
4. Perform documentation reviews and provide technical evaluation according to project scope.
5. Draft documentation as a deliverable for Quality assurance and procurement support services
6. Provide technical support to the Project Management team in the communication with external stakeholders
7. Provide technical expertise on various subject matters in coordination with technology department
8. Participate in the development of technical standards and new services
9. Define, promote, and control implementation of processes and quality procedures within the scope of responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree or above.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

1. Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools
2. Knowledge of PV technical and quality requirements appreciated
3. Extensive knowledge of risk management

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

ISO9001 training

At least 5 years related experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Excellent computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word) and presentation skills

Database management and statistical analysis

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluent in spoken/listening/written English

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Analytical, detailed oriented, Problem solver.

Maintain high ethics and keep clients interest's paramount.
