As a Senior Technical Service Specialist (based in Hyderabad) you will operate in Hyderabad & Telengana region which requires a high share of travel (80%) across the assigned region. You are accountable for installation of Tissue & Molecular analytical laboratory instruments platforms in order to achieve a high level of service excellence within the region. You are also responsible to contribute to large projects at customer sites and can be seen as the knowledge expert. We are looking for someone eager to learn in a diverse environment, creating space for co-creation and focus on delivering the best service to our customers and patients.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installations and commissioning
- Responsible for call logging and closing
- Responsible for customer trainings
- Responsible for breakdown/Preventive maintenance
- Responsible for 1st Line Application support
- Management of the IPC Compliance
- Responsible for the submission of the annual maintenance contract
- Responsible for payment collection
- QMS Adherence
- Reporting MIS
- Managing the Team of Contract Engineer (as applicable)
- Development of Team and Effective People Leadership as demonstrated by Leadership Commitments (if applicable)
Who You Are
Education & Experience:
- Education - B.E / Diploma in Technical
- Experience - 5 to 8 years for ideal experience
- You have a valid driver's license
- You are expected to adhere through your conduct to all applicable laws and regulations as well as to the high integrity standards as set forth by Roche, and successfully complete training and certification as defined by Roche Diagnostic Services and policies.
