This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Technical Support position located in Gurugram. As a Customer Service Technical Support, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, and maintaining a high level of phone etiquette. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
