on-site technical support to banks and financial institutions for the smooth operation of their banking machines.
- Conducting preventive maintenance and ensuring the machines are updated with the latest software and hardware.
Collaborating with the technical team to solve complex technical issues

documentation of service reports
and providing feedback on machine performance. Maintaining
customer relationships by offering quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
