Coordinate with After Sales department, manufacturer and R&D, in Thailand, Japan and other countries to promote and accelerate the solution of market quality issues.
Monitor and analyze market claims data to identify the important market quality issues and promote / feedback upstream.
Coordinate and support Subsidiary countries in strengthening their operation relating to Market Quality problem Improvement.
Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related fields.
Experience in Market Quality Feedback, Statistics analysis, and product quality improvement in automotive industry are advantages.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill with both internal and external.
Good command in English (TOEIC score 700 or equivalent)
