Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing ongoing technical guidance and support.

Market Insight: Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer feedback, to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
