Job Description: Technical Sales and Service Engineer - Verder Scientific India (Gujarat)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales and Service Engineer to join our team at Verder Scientific India in Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sales: Promote and sell our range of advanced analytical instruments and solutions for sample preparation, particle size analysis, quality and hardness testing, heat treatment, and combustion analysis. Leverage your in-depth knowledge to understand client requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and drive sales growth.

2. Technical Support and Service: Provide technical support and service to our customers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on our instruments and equipment.

3. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and convert leads into successful sales. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions to showcase our cutting-edge solutions.

4. Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements in the fields of materials science, particle analysis, and related domains.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical sales, service, or application support roles within the analytical instrumentation industry.

- Understanding of particle size and shape analysis, heat treatment, materialography, sample preparation and elemental analysis techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and providing technical guidance.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat and nearby regions to meet client needs.

- Strong presentation and training skills to effectively showcase our products and solutions.
