Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated sales and marketing professional for Power Generation

Equipment

Competency :

Education/ Experience

BE or Diploma with hard core experience in Project Sales and Marketing of Electrical Power Generation Equipment/ Gas Turbines/ Gas Engines/ Vertical Wind Turbine/ ORC's with 5 to 6 years experience. Capable of market research as well. Having hands over contacts available in Power, Renewable Energy Industry, Oil &Gas, Refinery Industry.

Skill set :

Market research,

Knowledge of Single Line Drawing, AC Power flow circuit

Techno commercial ability

Good communication skill (Written and Verbal)

Problem solving techniques

Client grievance handling

Ready to travel in India

Good client database

Responsibilities

Responsible for Sales, marketing & Projects

Sales planning (Annual, Half year, Quarterly)

Budgeting and tracking

Visit to clients (After Lead in converted into negotiation/ technical discussion/ closure)

Key account handling

Coordination with clients (at the stage of presale, on and post sale)

Updating the sales pitch to management

Assist in Planning of promotional activities (Exhibitions, seminars, demos)

Market analysis and updating to management

Visit clients and give presentations

Complaint handling

Conduct follow-up meetings with prospective clients

Aggressive Attitude and willing to chase the Revenue Target.

Should be a dynamic, go-better with a vision to generate the business

To ensure performance of the machine meets clients requirement and obtain reference letters from clients.

To co-ordinate with Project/ Service department to ensure that issues are resolved timely and to the satisfaction of the client.

Ensure in time reporting to the M.D.

Technical discussions for the new & existing inquires

To collect technical details of client requirements regarding application
