Automation Sales Engineer

Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our industrial products portfolio in Pune.
• Key Responsibilities
• Technical Sales: Generate sales leads, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical support to customers.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industrial products, applications, and industry trends.
• Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with the internal team to resolve customer technical queries.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Proposal and Quotation Management: Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales engineering experience in industrial automation products Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Sales Acumen: Proven sales skills, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Travel: Willingness to travel
