- Experience - Total Experience not less than 15+ years of work experience in any relevant industry.
- Qualification - Technical Graduate in Metallurgy / Mechanical/Other relevant stream/MBA
Generate and manage the sales pipeline to drive business growth.
Promote company products and achieve sales and collection targets.
Analyze new and existing markets to identify growth opportunities and customer potentials.
Understand customer requirements, conduct product trials as per regional head guidelines.
Plan and execute sales, collection, and trial activities on a quarterly basis.
Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring customers understand product features and benefits.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Focus on existing customers to further enhance business relationships.
Establish strong networking strategies to stay aware of competitors activities.
Ensure peak customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and gathering feedback.
Suggest improvements to management based on customer insights.
Share weekly, fortnightly, and monthly sales reports for review.
Foster long-term associations with business partners and customers.
Prepare and deliver presentations to external customers and senior management.
Work closely with other departments to ensure successful customer trials.
Meet management-decided sales and collection targets, including KPIs.
Analyze the regional market potential for the product portfolio and secure new business opportunities.
Ensure timely payment collection and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate documentation for internal processes and customer records.
Collect market intelligence and insights to drive product penetration strategies.
Uphold the company's credibility and brand image in customer interactions
Expertise in foundry moulds and processes.
Prior experience in foundry/high-pressure moulding/forging industry.
Familiarity with coating procedures and processes in moulding and metallurgy.
Proficient in controlling foundry sand, metal, core, and process.
Well-versed in green sand systems for iron casting using conventional or high-pressure moulding lines.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP skills are an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Agile, intuitive, self-motivated, and ready to travel for applications or sales.
Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Ability to tackle challenges efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convince stakeholders.
