Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize and successfully execute entry across various industrial segments within paper industry
- Oversee key sales activities including end user studies, customer query management and adhering to strict quality parameters.
- Working knowledge of paper machine operations and Paper Chemistry.
- Understand customer requirements in terms of various applications, basis which propose best solution.
- Provide technical input or feedback to internal team and ensure that the proposed solution is in line with customers requirement.
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends as applicable to solutions and make relevant recommendations to production team
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering. Candidates from chemical/chemistry background will be given preference
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in working at the plant on machine or in the laboratory
- In-depth understanding of the paper making process, technology and various application.
- Ability to handle technical queries of customer with a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills with a desire to learn and develop sales aptitude in the role.
