Job Description

Position Title: Technical Sales Executive (TSE)

Experience Required: 1-7 Years

Compensation Range: 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive to join our sales team in the manufacturing sector. The role involves promoting and selling our engineering and manufacturing solutions to prospective clients, focusing on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and support post-sales.

Qualifications :

  • Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge or understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
