Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the fintech sector. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market reaserach.
- Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their business challenges. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Market and Industry Knowledge: - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the fintech sector. - Utilize market knowledge to position products and services effectively.
- Sales Process Management: - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. - Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Education and Experience: -
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (1-5 years) in IT sales, preferably within the fintech domain. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
