Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 per month
Job Overview:
Innotronix Labs is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to drive sales of LED displays to converters and contractors who bid on tenders for oil marketing companies (OMCs) across India. This role will involve extensive travel and interaction with diverse stakeholders, including customers and our internal teams in installation, sales purchase, R&D, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with converters and contractors working with OMCs to promote Innotronix Labs LED display solutions.
Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our products, highlighting their advantages and applications.
Collaborate with internal teams (installation, R&D, service) to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiations and handling account receivables.
Create and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, sales tracking, and reporting.
Maintain strong communication with clients to address their needs and gather valuable feedback.
Contribute to the fast-paced and growth-oriented culture of Innotronix Labs by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in selling LED displays or related products.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel, email communication, and PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
A passionate self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
