Technical Sales Executive (Senior Level)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully pitching and selling technical products or services in the U.S. market. As a mid-senior level professional, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and understanding complex technical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Pitch technical products and solutions to prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to showcase the value of technical solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Market Knowledge & Strategy:
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments in the U.S.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize sales materials and campaigns.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's technical products and services.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions for clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing technical questions and concerns during the sales process.

Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or software-related field.
  • Proven experience in selling to the U.S. market, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in mid-to-senior level roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of technical products, solutions, and services.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex technical offerings.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales data.
