JD for Technical sales Executive:As a Technical Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in selling our IT support services to new customers based in the USA. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products and services to potential customers. With excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of IT support solutions, you will drive sales and help customers find the best-fit IT support options for their needs.

Requirements:

Fresher & experienced both are eligible with excellent communication skills

B.tech only

Strong technical skills

Enthusiasm for customer service and customer success.

Well-versed with lead generation and sales channel marketing.

Success in managing both inbound and outbound sales however it will be mostly inbound.

Night Shift:9pm-6am includes 1 hr break (Work from office)

5 days working + OT available for weekend

Salary as per industry standard
