Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers such as consultants, contractors, and end-users in the automation industry, leveraging product knowledge and application experience in the HVAC and BMS market.
Achieve annual sales targets and drive sales growth for the company, ensuring long-term business development.- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage various customer types including end customers, OEM sales, consultants, and channel management.
Create new accounts and rebuild business relations with customers.- Engage with EPCs, OEMs, and end-users to recommend suitable services and product ranges, fostering relationships for repeat business.
Handle the complete Field Instruments Portfolio, including Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, Air quality, and cleanroom instruments.
- Manage activities related to negotiating and finalizing deals (techno-commercial) to ensure smooth sales execution and order processing.
