Job Description

Technical Sales Engineer

As the Technical Sales Engineer, you will continually develop, improve, and communicate action plans internally and externally to customers to surpass customer expectations and secure JES as their preferred supplier and partner, consequently improving market share.

To work with Sales Team for sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.

To identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Under broad direction of JES Management, International Partners, utilizes subject matter expertise and established client relationships to sell Company products and services and achieve maximum profitability and market penetration/share.
  • Demonstrate a strong skill set in providing customer solution sales by uncovering customer pain points and providing a solution to manage or eliminate those pain points.
  • Build and establish relationships with key decision-makers to develop strategies designed to help customers meet their high-level goals and solve customer challenges.
  • Work on Sales Proposals, Engineering Drawings etc.
  • Service and grow existing customers of JES.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements:

Engineering degree in Instrumentation / Electronics with 5-7 years of professional experience.

Minimum 2 years of Sales account management required.

Knowledge of AutoCad will be preferred.

Should have Strong Communication skills.

Should have good presentation skills, Strategic thinking, presentation building skills & command of English language.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Problem solver with an attention to detail.
