Job Overview

National Aircon India Pvt Ltd, a Hyderabad-based company specializing in HVAC & R solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of HVAC products and services, building strong relationships with customers, and providing technical expertise and support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of HVAC products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients
• Identify market trends and competitive activity, providing feedback to management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry advancements and new product offerings
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
