Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description

Sales:

  • To achieve the Sales Target
  • Collection on or before agreed terms
  • Lead Generation
  • Coordinating for timely demonstration if any to customers
  • Prepare and formulate Quotations and proposals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Management & Reporting to Principals on Monthly basis

Project Management

  • Manage automation and robotics projects from initial to end with post-delivery support
  • Develop detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation with team.
  • Ensure completion of project on time, in scope and within budget.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients
  • Provide regular updates and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Team Management

  • Co-ordinate with designers, project engineer and technical team for proper quotations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, in design development, vendor sourcing and implementation of project.
  • Follow up with team on regular basis for day-to-day activities and achieving of targets
  • Ensure completion of project within estimated cost and timeline

Reporting, Reviews & Presentations

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Reporting to Principals on timely basis
  • Formulating strategies for increasing sales
  • Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly presentations

Basic Requirements:

  • BE Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience in project/industrial sales
  • NDT Level II qualification added advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Willingness to travel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
