Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Oil and Gas Recruiter to join our team. As an Oil and Gas Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talented professionals for various positions within our organization or for our clients in the oil and gas sector. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent in this competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online channels, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring practices, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Recruiter in the oil and gas industry or a similar technical field.

Knowledge of oil and gas industry roles, terminology, and job requirements.

Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical roles such as engineers, geoscientists, project managers, and field operations personnel.

Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.

Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with international recruitment or sourcing talent globally within the oil and gas sector.
