Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and metrics of recruiting activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote Void Solutions and attract top talent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to screen candidates for technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
  • Experience with sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
