- Experience in recruiting for Fintech product development teams.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle and key roles involved.
- Ability to assess candidates technical and product management skills effectively.
- Familiarity with the latest tools and technologies used in Fintech product development
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the Fintech industry.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and recruitment processes.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to post job openings and manage applications.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Requirements:
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of the Fintech market and its unique hiring needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
