About The Job:

Source and engage with top technical talent to support the technical recruiting through LinkedIn recruiter and applicant databases

Program manage the planning and execution of candidate batch days, including logistics, interviewer and candidate experience, and various events to attract top talent.

Conduct applicants resume reviews, recruiter phone screens and create an active talent pipeline for all open roles within R&D functions.

Use analytics, operations and strategy and talent insights to attract key talent for your searches

Develop talent pipelines and candidate relationships for current and future opportunities at Client

Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system

Proactively source passive talent to join client

Partner with recruiters to provide guidance, expertise, and talent advising to hire the best talent for our team

Utilize the world's best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before

Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress to continue moving the needle in our hyper-growth environment

Essential Job Functions:

MBA / Masters degree or equivalent experience

6+ months or more experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition in product engineering , infrastructure engineering or related domains and 6+ months experience of event management or have experience in managing programs or events during their educational tenure

Qualifications:

Experience with applicant tracking systems

Experience recruiting using LinkedIn Recruiter tool

Experience as a master storyteller to attract and hire top talent

Experience being a strategic advisor on talent related matters

Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media

Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates

Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent collaborator - possess the ability to build and nurture relationships amongst team members, partners and stakeholders

Familiarity with Program Management verbiage, processes and tools

Self-starter - is able to comfortably manage through ambiguity

A multi-tasker - is able to run multiple programs/projects concurrently
