About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with at least 10 years of experience in the USA and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa and tax terms, excellent vendor contacts, and be skilled in LinkedIn sourcing. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates for SAP and other technology roles.
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to find and engage top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Stay updated on USA and Canada visa and tax terms.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of technical recruitment experience in the USA and Canada markets.
• Knowledge of visa and tax terms.
• Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong vendor contacts.
• Proven track record of consistent placements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in SAP technology hiring.
• Available to start immediately.
• Candidates from South India preferred.
