The Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in our organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best technical talent to fulfill the company's staffing needs. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, utilizing various sourcing methods such as social media, networking, and referrals to create a pipeline of qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes to identify suitable candidates for technical roles.
  • Facilitate technical interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidates effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with candidates.
  • Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to connect with potential candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and terms with selected candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Monitor industry trends to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Promote the company's employer brand through various channels, showcasing culture and values.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to represent the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in recruitment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving hiring goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
