We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our organization's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and pre-screening interviews.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical talent in areas such as software development, IT, engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Soft Skills: Effective communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
