Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent in the field of Information Technology. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a US accent, and be able to work in night shifts to coordinate with the US-based candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies such as cold calling, job postings, social media, networking, and employee referrals

Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate the candidate's technical and cultural fit

Provide excellent candidate experience by being responsive, communicative, and providing regular feedback

Build and maintain relationships with candidates

Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as weekly calls and interviews conducted, resumes submitted, and placements made

Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain candidate information and ensure data accuracy

Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field preferred

Excellent communication skills with a US accent and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates

Strong email writing skills and experience with MS Word

Ability to work in night shifts to coordinate with US-based clients

Strong cold calling skills

Experience with social media and job boards to source candidates

Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Previous BPO experience and exposure to IT recruitment would be preferred
