Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in the Indian job market to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technology industry
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the organization
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
• Negotiate offers and close candidates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting in the Indian job market
• Strong understanding of the technology industry and related job roles
• Experience using various sourcing channels and recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the organization
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
