Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Technical Recruiter at Talentstock. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role
- Experience from 0 -1 years
- Freshers are welcomed
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including phone screenings and technical interviews
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Strong knowledge of technical positions and relevant qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
