Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact through to the offer stage and onboarding.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the negotiation process as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Sourcing & Recruiting:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for Data Scientist roles through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit based on job requirements.

Interview Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company, team, and job role.
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making processes.
