- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit based on job requirements.
Interview Management:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company, team, and job role.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making processes.
