Experience Range: 5-7 Years of Relevant Experience
Responsibility
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in the semi-conductor domain.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels and job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong network of professionals for future opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring for clients in semi-conductor domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical and non-technical skills and qualifications required for various roles.
- We are seeking candidates who can start immediately or within 15-20 days.
