Sav, an ICANN accredited domain name registrar, is a low-cost provider of domain name registrations. Launched in 2019, Sav's mission is to empower creators with digital identity. Sav offers free WHOIS privacy protection, DNS management, SSL certificates, and email forwarding.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Pune. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and strategically attract top talent. The Technical Recruiter will also provide regular updates to stakeholders, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively source and screen candidates
• Experience in hiring and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and current trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
