Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Recruiter located in Uppal. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies. The Technical Recruiter will also provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical recruiting and hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of full-life cycle recruiting processes
• Ability to create effective sourcing strategies
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
