Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter
- Experience in recruiting for technical positions (software development, IT services, etc.)
- Knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools (job boards, social media, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with technical skills, programming languages, and IT industry terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates technical skills and experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for technical positions within the company
- Review job descriptions to understand the technical requirements and qualifications needed
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking) to attract potential candidates
- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company
