About the Role: We are looking for a Sr. Technical recruiter to help with the US team. This is a remote Fulltime role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements. Assist hiring managers in crafting accurate job descriptions that attract top talent.
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various job boards, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
• Initial Phone Screenings: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit, ensuring a strong match with our company values and team dynamics.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing regular updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Hiring Process Facilitation: Facilitate the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective communication between all parties involved.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably within the technology industry. Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
