Job Summary:
MPC Cloud Consulting is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter for their Gurgaon office. The Technical recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Post/place ads on job boards
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
- Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing to joining
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience:
- Minimum two years of technical recruitment experience. Should have handled bulk hiring for internal and external customers
