Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at innOvator web solutions pvt. ltd. located in Mumbai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The role will involve effective communication and interaction with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively identify, attract, and assess potential candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
