Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Infopercept Consulting in Ahmedabad. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting activities. Communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with teams and candidates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Recruiting Life Cycle, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in recruitment processes
• Ability to evaluate technical skills and requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and technical terminology is a plus

Experience

• 6 months to 1 year in similar role (not must though)
• Preferable from Ahmedabad & around with knowledge of local language
