Job Summary:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You should have a keen understanding of IT job roles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to finding top talent in a competitive job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening:
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure alignment between job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of candidates and assist in refining job requirements as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for various IT roles such as software developers, systems administrators, network engineers, data analysts, etc.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
