Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic staffing plans to secure top-tier tech talent.
  • Oversee the complete staffing cycle from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of recruiters and operations personnel, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and client requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to comprehend client needs and customise staffing solutions to fit these requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest staffing industry trends and adjust operational strategies to sustain a competitive advantage.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards throughout the staffing process to meet and surpass both regulatory and client expectations.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for staffing operations to promote financial efficiency and growth.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, accommodating the needs of a new company in different time zones, including odd hours.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in staffing or HR, with specific expertise in the tech sector, including familiarity with US, UAE & EU tech staffing markets.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
  • Deep understanding of global staffing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams in a high-growth environment.

P.S - You should be able to handle end to end Recruitment for our Staffing company.
