Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is essential in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various IT and engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting for tech roles, understands the nuances of the tech industry, and can effectively communicate with candidates of all technical levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (social media, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and team needs, ensuring alignment in candidate selection.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes continuously.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to make informed recruitment decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proven success in recruiting for various IT roles, including software development, data engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and AI/ML.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and others.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews and evaluating technical skills.
- Knowledge of current tech industry trends and roles.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a tech startup or a recruiting agency.
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., CIR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven approaches to improve hiring outcomes.
