Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in overseas recruitment for non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to handle the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for overseas positions in the non-technical sector.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job needs and deliver suitable candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Handle candidate negotiations, including salary discussions and offer letters.
- Ensure timely placement of candidates in accordance with the company's overseas recruitment needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas recruitment in the non-technical field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
