Position Overview:
As an Analytics Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for analytics-related positions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience. Your goal will be to identify and attract skilled professionals who are not only technically proficient but also a strong cultural fit for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates for analytics roles.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the position.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific requirements for analytics positions and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively target and attract top talent.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on analytics, data science, or related fields. Experience recruiting for technical roles is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to attract and assess top talent in the analytics domain.
- Strong understanding of analytics and data science roles, including relevant skills, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
