About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Review Job Orders to fully understand the requirements & ask questions that will help you identify the right candidate.
- Understand & familiarize yourself with all technology needs in our Job Orders to match the appropriate candidates with their technical skills.
- Source candidates from various channels including LinkedIn, online resume database(s) including Monster, indeed, Networking, Referrals, and other avenues.
- Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
- Build or expand the existing database of technical candidates.
- Support the Account Manager & Recruitment Manager as needed.
- Manage the entire hiring life cycle including:
- Fully review all assigned jobs.
- Source qualitied candidates in alignment with the job requirements.
- Conduct a screening call to properly assess the candidate before submission to client.
- Complete a submission / skills matrix.
- Validate the candidates technical skill set.
- Negotiating the best possible rate.
- Obtain an email verification from candidate for the right to represent to ensure you can represent this candidate over other agencies or other recruiters.
- Coordinate Interviews & offers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring life cycle * Performing background and reference checks.
- Keeping track of all active Job Orders and applicants
- Support the onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications:
- Experience in working as a Technical or IT Recruiter (5 years minimum).
- Experience in screening candidates.
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels including internal staffing systems, relational database Applicant Tracking Systems, the Internet, job boards, social media, and other avenues.
- Expert level knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
- Demonstrated achievement in sourcing & recruiting for hard-to-find resources.
- Negotiation and sales/persuasion skills experience.
- Recruitment experience for a broad & deep range of IT roles.
- Possess the interest and ability to understand the technology and to keep abreast of technology trends.
- Ability & interest in building long-lasting working relationships.
- Proficiency with tools including MS Office, G-Suite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
